Voluntary exercise has proved to be an effective therapeutic tool improve cardiac function in aged rats with clearly visible sex differences. Long-term is associated decreased Ogn and Comt expression enhanced presence of Pcp4 Esm1 genes. Sex-dependent changes were also observed the cardiovascular key proteins. Fundamental alterations gene protein may contribute improvement performance.
